Our Mission as a Parish

We, the People of God,
under the patronage of Our Lady of the Assumption
are called to be disciples of Jesus Christ.

As members of the Body of Christ,
gathering for worship around the Table of Word and Sacrament,
we commit ourselves to live and support one another in
faith, hope, and love.

We are sent forth as apostles, in the power of the Holy Spirit,
to make the Good News of Jesus Christ present and alive in our world
through evangelization and hospitality, healing and service,
education and the establishment of justice.

Nuestra Misión como Parroquia

Nosotros, el Pueblo de Dios,
bajo el patronato de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción,
somos llamados a ser discípulos de Jesucristo.

Como miembros del Cuerpo de Cristo,
reunidos para adorar alrededor de la Mesa de la Palabra y del Sacramento,
nos comprometemos a vivir y apoyar los unos a los otros en la fe, la esperanza y el amor.

Somos enviados como apóstoles, en el poder del Espíritu Santo,
para hacer la Buena Nueva de Jesucristo presente y vivente en el mundo,
por la evangelización y la hospitalidad,
la sanación y el servicio,
la educación y el establecimiento de la justicia.

Sứ Mệnh Của Giáo Xứ Chúng Ta

Chúng ta, dân của Chúa,
dưới sự nâng đỡ phù trì của Đức Mẹ Hồn Xác Lên Trời,
được kêu mời trở thành môn đệ của Đức Giêsu Kitô.

Là những phần tử thuộc về nhiệm thể Đức Kitô,
khi họp nhau thờ phượng chung quanh Bàn thờ Lời Chúa và Thánh Thể,
chúng ta dấn thân để sống và phục vụ nhau trong đức tin,
trong yêu thương và hy vọng.

Chúng ta được gởi đi như những tông đồ, trong sức mạnh của Thánh Linh,
để làm cho Tin Mừng của Đức Giêsu Kitô hiện diện và sống động trong thế thế giới,
qua việc truyền bá phúc âm và lòng hiếu khách,
chữa lành và phục vụ, giáo dục và tạo lập sự công chính.
