Parish Groups

OLA Parent Faculty Association is an organization for parents of OLA students. PFA provides opportunities for parents to get involved in all volunteer aspects of OLA School. Time commitment varies with level of involvement.

Pomona-Inland Valley Council of Churches offers many opportunities to serve our community. There is a particular need for workers in the Hunger Program to assist with food distribution at the food banks and in the Homeless Program.

Scouts offers opportunities for boys and girls to belong to a service-oriented community group associated with our parish.

Catholic Daughters is an organization dedicated to supporting several charities, including a retirement home for Catholic women. This is a great opportunity to get to know women from our neighboring parishes. Meetings are held monthly on the third Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. in the convent.

IAF (Industrial Areas Foundation) This broad-based community-organizing group promotes communication among individuals leading to action based on Christian principles.

ICF (Italian Catholic Federation), Branch 319, is an apostolic and social organization dedicated to supporting several parish, school and archdiocesan programs. The organization holds several fundraising events throughout the year, along with sponsoring parish-wide events. Membership is open to all adult parishioners. Meetings are held the third Friday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of the Foothills Council 11612, is a Catholic men’s fraternal organization engaged in charitable service to the parish community, especially promoting respect for human life and vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m.

Ladies of Columbus are the women’s counterpart to the Knights of Columbus and are also involved in fundraising and charitable works. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
