Adult Formation and Education
Bible Studies
Adult Bible Study is an opportunity to grow spiritually by
studying
Scripture in a community setting of sharing and prayer. Meetings are held
Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Rite of Christian Initiation (R.C.I.A.)
R.C.I.A. is a process for adults who are preparing to enter the Catholic
Church through an extended period of spiritual formation and instruction
in the faith. Sponsors are needed to accompany the catechumens and candidates
on their journey of faith. Sponsors must be baptized and practicing Catholics
and are offered opportunities for their own spiritual growth. Contact Elaine
Beliveau, Director of Christian Initiation.
Scriptural Teaching
Banquet of
the Word: The Banquet of the Word is a Bible study guide
based on the Sunday lectionary. Written for both individuals and groups,
it will stimulate Catholics to take advantage of the lectionary framework
as the basis for Bible study. Studying the liturgical Scripture texts is
the best preparation for the celebration: it forms a bridge between liturgy
and life. Banquet of the Word is an ideal framework for acquiring
a good working familiarity with the whole Bible over a three-year period.

Homilies: Explore our pastor's homilies in detail, print them,
and share them with those whom you love and those who need to hear God's
voice in their lives.
