Prayer Groups

Adult Bible Study is an opportunity to grow spiritually by studying Scripture in a community setting of sharing and prayer.  Meetings are held Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Centering Prayer is group support for those practicing this contemplative prayer.  The group meets Tuesdays at 7 p.m.

Our Lady’s Rosary Prayer Group meets on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. in the convent to pray the rosary.

Pax Christi members meet locally and join with others in our community to deepen their understanding of and commitment to nonviolent living.  Members meet twice monthly from 8:15 am to 10:00 a.m. on alternate Saturdays to pray, study and act for peace through justice.

Prayer Warriors meet weekly to pray for our parish, priests, conversions, and intentions of the members and their guests.

OLA Women’s Council provides members with opportunities for spiritual and educational growth through programs and activities offered at their monthly meetings.  Members assist with various parish events throughout the year.

Secular Franciscans, Holy Spirit Fraternity, are men and women, married and single, living Gospel simplicity in their homes, without religious vows.  Franciscans have their own distinctive spirituality and are called to imitate St. Francis in his total abandonment to Jesus Christ. 

Spirituality & Disabilities Ministry is for those who seek to deepen their faith and explore the role of disabilities in shaping spirituality. The goal of this ministry is to enrich each individual's relationship with God through prayer, conversation, and reflection. This ministry to open to those with disabilities or chronic illnesses and to their families and friends.

Women’s Bible Sharing Group meets Thursdays at 9 a.m. in the Sapienza Room.
